The Heartland Poker Tour will be coming to The Golden Gates Casino in Black Hawk Colorado. Satellite events will start on October 1st and run up until Friday October 12th. The prices for the satellites range from $40 to $75. One player from the $40 will win an entry into the $300+$40 qualifier. Two players from the $75 satellites will win entry into the $300+$40 qualifier. The top 20% from the qualifier will win entry into the main event which takes place Saturday October 13th. The main event will be played in two flights, A and B. Sunday the 14th will be day two. The final table will be televised and takes place on Sunday October 14th at approximately 2pm.

I plan on playing a few of the satellite events and hope to win an entry to the qualifier. The event is at The Golden Gates Casino which is one of my favorite casinos up The Hill.
