I’ll be going up to Black Hawk tonight to play at the Ameristar as a belated birthday gathering with a couple friends. It should be a donkeriffic time as $2-$5 limit hold’em always is, so wish me luck. I’ve been playing on Full Tilt this past week with mixed results. It’s a little frustrating because I’m not losing big but I’m not booking big wins either. The bankroll is hovering up or down $1 all week. Yes, I am a balla encase you were wondering.

The good thing is that I’ve taken some time off from playing online and I’m more dedicated to plugging my biggest leak more than ever. I’ve started to keep up my bankroll spreadsheet, downloaded Poker Tracker 3, and even keep a separate Mole Skin notebook (to track live play as well). So while I hover around even, I feel focused and confident that I will turn the tide.

I’m running the trial version of Poker Tracker 3 right now and I like it so far. There are a few things that bug me but I’m sure the product will continue to improve. I’ll be purchasing it at the end of the trail. The built in HUD is a really nice feature but it was a little cluttered with the table themes that Full Tilt Poker offers. I ended up creating this table and it’s what I’m currently using. I’m working on a Pin-up card mod so it will be an overall theme. I still need to clean it up since it was thrown together in about 30 min. What do you think?
