On the cutoff or button, that's probably a shove at least 80% of the time when unopened, but you've got 1/2 the table to act with a marginal hand.  Any reraise either makes you fold or you're calling with a hand that's most likely at best racing.  Even AJ is a bit problematic in that spot, but AT much more so.

I think that's a fold you have to make PF, mostly given your stack size and position there.</description>
